This is the part of the Willy Beamish play through and thank god for that. I am on vacation so I lifted my two hour time limit to beat the game. It took me two hours to get to a point where I found out I couldn't proceed. After nearly 20 minutes of frustration, I switched to the superior PC version and it took me an hour to beat the game.

GameJam - Willy Beamish Part 2
Continuing my lack luster adventures of Willy Beamish for the Sega CD. I continue to play this version because I hate myself. I cover Day 2 and 3 of the game here. All kinds of crazy stuff happens and the loading tests my patients.

GVN GameJam - Willy Beamish part 1
I started playing a game I literally haven't played in 20 years and I have decided to try and upon playing I forgot how weird this game was. I also decided towards that GameJam for August that I will attempt to beat it. Wish me luck.

GameJam - Sonic Chrono Adventure w/ OmegaNitro
I am joined by my friend OmegaNitro as we suffer through the weird and interesting world of Sonic Chrono Adventure. We are befuddled quite often as we make our way through the game. NOTE: I didn't realize the game's audio was coming across so loud on the PC, we manage to turn it down halway through the stream.

GameJam - Dungeon Explorer w/ Gamer Keith
On tonight's GameJam, The Gamer Keith joins me once again for Dungeon Explorer. A RPG Gauntlet style game full of craziness. Watch as we come to grips with how much we suck and grind level and gold to get somewhere.

Diehard Gamefan Review: Risen 3 (PC)
"Frustration, enjoyment, confusion and disappointment. These are the range of emotions I went through as I marched my way through Risen 3: Titan Lords. I never had the opportunity to play the first two games, but they have the reputation of not being well received by the general public. However, I went into Risen 3 with an open mind, hoping to see if the game may actually be the diamond in the rough and send the franchise in the right direction. Is there room for improvement? Can the third game in this franchise make a huge leap of improvements like The Witcher 2, Two Worlds 2 and Gothic 2 did for their respective franchises? Does the saying, “third time is the charm” apply to Risen 3?"

GVN Quick Review: AVGN Adventures (PC)
The AVGN Adventures (PC)
Developer: FreakZone Games
Publisher: Screwattack Entertainment
Release: Sept 20th, 2013
Every now and again a game comes along that no matter what its about, it puts a smile on my face. Such is the case of the Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures for the PC. What we have here is a top notch balls-to-the-wall action platformer that along with several other platformers that I have played recently, that the 2D genre is thriving once more.

GVN Review: Tomb Raider (PC)
As one might have expected from me,
I was extremely pumped as well as apprehensive to play the new Tomb Raider
reboot. After voicing my thoughts on the franchise along with some
friends in a documentary styled video mini-series, I was not shy in mentioning
my concerns about the reboot. My fear of the game being nothing more than
a torture porn fest as we watch Lara Croft getting beaten and battered as she
learns to survive in a brand new origin story was something I was truly
concerned with. Thankfully throughout the game that wasn't the case
although Lara still does get quite roughed up throughout her journey. So
how well did the new Tomb Raider go about giving birth to a new Lara Croft?

Diehard Gamefan Review: Primordia (PC)
I wrote a brand new review over at diehard gamefan. This time its a point and click adventure game by the name of Primordia. Check it out.
http://diehardgamefan.com/2012/12/31/review-primordia-pc/
"I am excited about the resurgence of the Point and Click adventure genre. The genre seemed to have died off at the end of the 1990′s and was apparently no longer relevant in PC gaming, but thanks to a strong catalog of games and several studious, both big company and independent, this has allowed the light to be shined upon them once again. Great games like the new Sam and Max, Machinarium and Back to the Future have reignited interested in the long dormant genre. Now, we have a new entry in Primordia, which is brought to us by the indie company Wormwood Studios."
